Not entirely sure what happened, however with having both Cait and Kiyoko in the party at the same time, Cait is replaced in both text and npc speak with Kiyoko. So, instead of:
"Kiyoko and Cait walk close behind you."
It would be:
"Kiyoko and Kiyoko walk close behind you."
I'm not sure if this happens with the other party members, I just know it's happening with Cait.
