I'm not 100% certain what triggers this bug. I think it has to do with wearing the Amulet of Union. Perhaps it breaks when a bimbug pregnancy event is supposed to trigger during the time your seeing your foxy bride. Regardless, my character sometimes gets stuck permanently butt pregnant when I'm wearing the amulet, and I've not seen it happen when I don't.
Edit: confirmed. I got bimbug butt pregnant, then went back and put on the amulet of transfer, and proceeded to sleep over and over again. 24 days worth of sleep, and the butt pregnancy was still there, even when I removed the amulet for the last 10 or so of those days. I'd guess that the amulet suppresses an event and the event only tests for time passing some threshold during a tick, not whether the threshold was passed a while ago.
