soft lock

I tried starting the Phaedra II Train Dungeon but the menu it put me in to fix the terminal has 3 options, all greyed out, and no option back out. I can reload my last save, but interacting with the broken train terminal softlocks my game all over again. Screenshot and savefile attached.

I was doing the probe quest to get the probe on dhaal, when i got to the encounter where you can choose between the 3 options "rescue cuz", "just probe", and "take her place". Choosing "take her place" immediately sets me to immobilized, like, even before choosing any of the options/progressing...

There's a problem, where when I'm done the tutorial, and in that run down space station, I get access to the codex, and stuff like that. But when I go to "appearance" and then "preferences" I am soft locked out of continuing the game. I try opening the map again, but it only shows the dialogue...
