rut

After recieving the permanent rut piercing from Evergreen I went back to Meira at Wayfort and discovered she can still give me her rut service. Now I have two rut status effects at the same time. If this is intentional then ignore this thread.

Now that "Rut Cycle" and "Heat Cycle" are available as perks through the Glowing Behemoth Crystal, I was wondering if they can also be added to Breeder's Bliss. We already have the opposite where if you down a bunch of Sterilex Pills, you'll get "Sterile" and "Firing Blanks" so it'd make sense...
