While fighting the Cultist Psion and its group, I suddenly wound up with no options I could take and nothing I could do and had to re-fresh entirely. EDIT: It's happened twice now on winning.

I went to sleep to level up and the whole game froze I grind for a while and might of accumulated multiple and the game froze. Also Maybe because I was going too fast clicking through text through the dungeon and navigating the game completely disappeared when I reloaded from last game.
