movement lock

Entered Vava Groom by accident and left. There is now no longer movement options and I am stuck.

The game starts to lock me in place after playing the game and moving off Tavros or after a Anno/Kase scene on ship. The move buttons don't work and I have to reload a previous save. Totally random and can't predict it further than using the ship to leave Tavros and Anno/Kase related content...
