Kui-Tan Merc Boss' sex menu's last option grey out even my charater have both the perk and venom item in inventory.

The stellar tether main mission is missing, the cops are not where they are supposed to be and the zone just stops with no indication of a bridge being there. I am unable to progress the story any further. Screenshot and save file included. EDIT: thanks to donkey for the heads up. Apparently...
