I have Bizzy and Dizzy both in the studio and i have tentacles but i still can´t fuck both. Do i miss something?

I started playing through all of Bizzy's routes (Flat, Giga, etc.), and I've noticed that during the part where you pay 200k during either route, after paying there's an option to pay it again for some reason. Then after you finish the Giga route, the option to give her Tittyblossom again...
