0.8.25

Title says it, I went to the Wayfort then find her after 0.8.25 dropped but she hasn't appeared. When i went to the discord server to ask about it, I posted a dialogue I felt was strange and was told to post it here as a bug report. I think it probably related to the Blood Knight not appearing...
