So my character and my party seems to be stuck at level 5, I blast through any of the current content and can hold my own in the rift but I'm not gaining any exp, I always get 0 exp, even in the rift where I come close to losing fights if I don't make a camp and heal up. Is this intended? Or am...

I swear I've been seeing stuff about how Atugia can be recruited as a companion and I am at a loss as to how to do it. I talk to her, I ask here to join me and she says something about talking to the baroness who I can't find? What am I missing here?
