A lot of perks in the game permanently increases libido, with no way to lower it, and no real way to remove said perks, which leaves you fucked if you want a certain transformation on a non-libido based build, especially for people who can't access the save editor.

Honestly, I wish there was a way to get rid of the Flower Power perk. Sometimes I just want to be a plant without being super horny about it, you know?

I think my favorite is the Gray Goo Armor or Celise. My least favorite are Tetra and Mica. Yes, you can choose to ignore them, but I wish there was an option to disable them altogether. Basically any mention of incest pulls me right out of the game.

This is going to be incredibly controversial, but I think the game is too focused on NPCs. Every update, there's a whole slew of new NPCs, or updates to NPCs, and maybe one or two items if you're lucky. I know that most people are in the game for the NPCs, but I wish there was a bit more focus...
