Usually it's one big update a month (new floor, new enemy, new CG) + one smaller character expansion update (new h-scenes + extra content for previous characters).

Honestly, I have no idea. It took a lot of convincing from me to get Bo to agree to give out a public version. It will be up to Bo to decide when he thinks is the time to update the public build. I think off the top of my head only the first boss has fart moves. I haven't encountered any other...
