Seen some posts about her being released and being "in the caves of Uveto" but I have absolutely no clue where she is as I haven't managed to find her yet.
Any ideas?
So I went through the event and turned Penny into a bimbo, is there any way to use the save editor to make it so that Dr Badger is the one that gets bimbo-fied or can it not be changed?
