It seems the writer responsible for the Vanae stopped working on TiTS. Is it possible that someone else could continue from where they left off? Is that even allowed?

That would be pretty cool! I hope it gets revisited in some way. Vanae are one of my favorite races in TiTS. I would really like more content related to them. Do you know if that quest was going to involve the Vanae Matrons and Matriarch mentioned in the codex?
