I currently have 8 foxtails, 96 int, level 10. I have both a mystic jewel and fox jewel in my inventory. I've visited the shrine in deep woods and meditated over and over, but nothing happens after meditating. Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a different way to obtain the 9th foxtail...
