I looked into and tested this and it seems to be fixed already--not sure if it is fixed in the current release, but the file where the issue occurs was not edited after the current version was released.

I think it's just "SPOILER" in brackets. The ones you used were "ISPOILER" (which means inline spoilers, I think?). You can also add an equals and a text string to define the spoiler title as well, so something like: Hope that helps.
