There will be a feature in the next release that may be able to help with this issue. It should allow selecting an alternative bust for the matching character, so long as you have the bust unlocked in the gallery (or are using the ungated gallery cheat toggle).

I found the issue. It seems that Hellhound Syri never has a "default" outfit in her bust list, so that unknown image comes up if you swap to the greatcoat and try to talk to her--the greatcoat only ever appears if the scene calls for it directly it seems. Hopefully fixed for the next release...

I think this use is correct. It's actually Steele that is speaking to Kiro while Kiro can only respond in groans and moans. So unless Kiro's gender is variable, this seems to be fine. But for clarity's sake, I'll add a "you ask rhetorically." to the end of the first quote.
