That's Stun Chance. It's an Aim* vs Physique check** and has nothing to do with Crits. *For Ranged weapons. Melee is Physique vs Physique. **Used to be flat 1-in-5(?), but it changed at some point.

Still not fixed in 0.9.080-PUBLIC#4130. Fenoxo has said this would probably be fixed when he made Drones creatures. What happened to that? PS: Infinite stats has been fixed.

If HP & Shields have equal and opposite resistance to a damage type, that type doesn't appear in the Combat Statistics Codex screen. Easiest seen with Chameleon Armor + most Shields (+50%, -50% Electric). Speaking of Chameleon Armor, it's Rating Level 1. LUCK is Level 12.
