    i think i figured out what causes it. If you choose to spend time with her before she's fully transitioned she'll ask you if you mind her having a cock so i think the game makes her keep her cock instead of getting a vag.

    Took the overcharge perk but it's always greyed out in combat. Also when trying to confess love to Embry on Myrellion both the options to say "I love you" and to just kiss her result in a critical error.
