How long ago was the godswar from the current time? I initially assumed centuries but carmen just said that tollus's father was alive at the time which would make it far more recent unless tollus and his family are wierdly long lived which is also possible given carmen

Doing act one and potentially not recruiting certain companions (i don't like quin and find atugia boring.) If i do this will I end up missing out on later game content? asking because the wiki says I need atugia for shadows over the sun
