I mostly wish there was more effect from having big boobs. Like if your balls/cock get too big then it impairs your movement and can even end the game (or if they happen to get too full, etc.). Yet the boobs don't seem to change anything, even if you're at the max size and full of milk.

Not sure if this has already been mentioned, but it'd be nice for bust size to have consequences similar to how ball size does. Perhaps even increase the maximum size so that its possible for her to get "too big to move" (thus triggering an end-game), or temporarily too big to move if she gets...
