Was your armor slot empty when you used the omnisuit? If it was, try to put on some armor first, then equip the omnisuit.

From what I understand, it is supposed to double my maximum cum output and increase cum quantity, but it doesn't.

The bug still persists in [0.9.010]. Large and medium bubbles also add lust to the player, not the enemy.
