When I say 'alien' I mean something that looks less like humans and more like its own species. The closest thing I can think of are the beings from Stellaris, which are alien both in concept and appearance. Basically anything that looks a bit more complex and unique than a human in a furry...

Fixed that for ya because most erotic games these days are usually aimed at heterosexual men and/or bi women who enjoy over-sexuallized herm furries. Its always good to see more variety poping up and exclusively gay games just happen to be a rarity nowadays... so more of those is always a good...

But aren't furries, scalies, elves and demons already considered "human variants" though? I mean, they all share a degree of similarity with humans, physical or otherwise... This is a mini pet-peeve of mine actually - I kinda wish there were more alien-looking creatures and actual monsters...

Think about it this way - when you advertise something as "bad" you're still giving that object a spotlight that may peak people's interest into seeing it for themselves. I'm not saying its the situation here (your game is actually good!) but my point is that even bad publicity can sometimes do...

To see an indie game such as this one getting pirated when it was barely advertised to the world its a almost a reward on its own. Means your game has reached a certain degree of popularity for people to bother uploading it... so although it is bad, it is also good on its own way.

You can't make omelette without eggs and, based on what you've just wrote, it seems you lack more than half of the skills required (among other necessities) to make a working game. It may not be a long-term solution due to the lack of popularity but if 1000 people visit his game every month, the other 30%-40% that don't use ad-block (300-400 views) can still count for something... Whatever the case may be its better than waiting for "potential" donations.
