    Looks like new TiTS time process system broke event engine, which never was actually stable. Try new update. Oviposition looks fine, but I have no idea what else is broken now...

    Do you have Bunny Eggs or Oviposition perks? If yes, it should cause Ovi Elixir pregnancy periodically. If it shows blurbs but not causing pregnancy or you have no such perks this is a bug.

    Note, that this cheat can result in an unexpected behavior. Also, there is content only available without it, like PC pregnancy. Also, don't switch it - use it before the first enter and don't disable, or don't use at all.
