Title pretty much says it all: I can't figure out how to progress with Cass. We've had dinner a few times and I held down the shop for her/him once but nothing since. Is there something specific I need to do or do I just keep having dinner with her/him?

Super quick question: during the first conversation with orchid after her boss fight there is a "Sex" option box, which is greyed out for me. Is that because there is no scene and it's a place holder or because I don't meet the scene requirements? If it's the latter: what are the requirements?
