If you save-to-file, you can try load-from-file to see if it works. Of course, your local files should tell you, anyways, since all of the versions save to the same location.

The only one I've seen is when you're eating Fox Berries, one of the random scenes has you nibbling holes in a Cubi couples' food stores and then urinating into their water or something. It doesn't seem to count as properl watersports though, since Revamp didn't qualify it as an achievement.
