dumb game mechanics and some content (cw some spoilers and taboo material)

first post here but i've been a fan of the game for a long while (i think as of late 2016 when i started following and playing) and i've recently replayed after a couple of years of not touching the game and reached the end and well here are a bunch of things i tought would be nice to hopefully see some time

mechanics
-crew followers: kinda like the siegwulfe the goo armor and the varmit, it would be cool to have one or two of your crew members follow you in the expedition and aid in battle, it could help the combat gameplay feel a bit more dynamic specially when facing multiple enemies

-repeat one time and special encounters: but not just straight up have the character and go talk to them and fuck again, more like a memory album where you can relive the moment i could imagine it would go in the masturbate menu to choice to relive the moment to fap (scenes like each of the princess trials, saving kiro the first time, fucking celise in the turorial etc)

-booty calls: with characters like kiro before recruiting, saendra and erra it would be interesting that once reached an high enough love level they could be called to the player instead of having to go to any location's bar and have to check if they are around or have to wait for them to appear, some other romanceable characters too so instead of having to go into a planet every time after (except business owners) you can just park your ship in the location and call them to you with some mechanics that wouldnt make it an insta fuck button and have some variety of what you can do, like fissiana or kelly you cant them her during the work hours, or verusha is away in some mission too

-inter crew interactions: specifically with anno and kase, i love them both and i dont mind the poly thing but i swear every time i walk into my ship im hit with their interaction scene over and over again, a toggle would be nice to see it a bit less bc im not booting my thick doggy babe and my kitty boy anytime soon

-pitch/catch preferences, i like the spice up and autonomy of how a character fucks the player, but i would also love to have a playthrough where i somehow manage to keep my ass virginity intact the whole way through, which means there will be some characters i rly like (verusha and anyxine) would have to be a ignored or a gamble, now losing my virginity because i choosed the wrong answer or lost to an enemy that is totally fair but to relative friendly characters it could be nice to have the option to pitch and catch

content:

-speaking of a kitty boy: some more kase content could be of use, some ideas at the top of my head are:
-mod him to be thiccer, bigger dick, grow tits, full transition
-play with his assertivenes, make him more submissive or a dom could also have variations if he is the one that penetrates or is penetrated, imagine your kitty boy tying you to your bed and riding your dick untill he is satisfied ignoring if you can keep up or not
-pregnancy (kase can impregnate the character or get pregnant if he gets a vagina)


-more urethra play: urethral is very niche in the game and mostly exclusive to hyper cocks, it would be cool to have some more things to do like an urethral version of the stretch mod to fit larger penises into your smaller pecker, as well some sex toys like sounding rods or even if stretchy enough dildos

-vore: this one is self explainatory, im not sure how the team and the whole fandom is in around this one but some interactions that may lead to vore, even letting the pc vore some enemies after defeating them would be interesting, could use a toggle to switch it on and off for those who arent into it, could also lead to some fun/tragic bad ends with the pc being so enamoured of a girl they decided to become part of her forever or got devoured by a random critter during his travels

-special transformations: some tfs that would make somewhat of sence could be interesting like:
-multiple arms: dane and some other npcs have multiple arms but at least on my own experience (or im dumb let me know) i havent seen any mods that would let you get an extra pair of arms (also maybe try to get a cock like his when we lose to him on the first probe would be cool)
-full feralization: could be an interesting concept, be able to be always on all fours and even dangers like the lost of sentience could be interesting to explore, imagine bein in character, you are the rival already waiting by the probe in meng'ha all smug and sassy and then suddenly a fucking talking horse that claims that is your cousin just walks up to you, or a massive dragon, would need an special harnes to do things like using weapons and such but that just adds variety to the playthrough

-incest: this one was obvious, i know most of the reason incest is very lack luster is cuz of patreon's ban on it but maybe there is a way around it? (i mean the rival scene is from last year cmon), so maybe some interactions could be hidden and substar only supporters (maybe a password that changes with each release that lets you activate it exclusively available in substar) could acces them which yeah it sounds a bit unfair to the rest who mostly play this for free but i dunno it could be maybe an option, i would like to know more about that subject if any of the dev team see this, but some interactions would be
-rival:find them again if they sexed, normal sex scenes (maybe some pregnancy), recruit them, crew content would be: first, ditch the normal clothes, dress them up with the tight form fitting steele tech suit, mods: titty bloom, dicksprout, throbb, lactaid (it they got pregnant wont need), amazonia juice, treatmet, etc, sleep together, crew threesome, call X bodyguard and so on
-maybe an option to tell shade that they are brothers but still be able to sex
-reintegrate the frostwhyrm kip
-etc up for speculation

-selfcest: wether you're a self lover that is too enamoured by yourself or took the phrase go fuck yourself too literaly, maybe a clone of the pc that could be sexable and modable would be interesting, i could imagine a quest a crazy cientist clones the pc to try and take over steele tech if you fail, the player dies or is a prisoner while their clone takes over, if you win the clone is reprogramed and is mostly a sex bot that you can customize to your image or any mods you had in you and from there go to town

and that is pretty much it, i just wanted to ramble and share my ideas off the top of the head, dunno how this would go but it would be nice to hear about it and your opinions on it

Some of these are definitely not happening:

• Crew followers have always been restricted to either specific side-quests (Anno, Penny, Paulette) or as equipment (Nova, Siegwulfe, Tika); Fenoxo much prefers solo combat, so he built the entire game around that, and all encounters are written and balanced around that. Adding the Tech Specialist's summonable turret was already enough of a headache to implement (as it meant adding in a second potential target for every enemy that didn't already account for it), and while that might make implementing followers easier on the combat code side (since the systems are already in place), you'd still have to do the writing for all those encounters to accomodate for the presence of said followers. And that's a lot of writing, even if it's all just to say they don't appear in any of the post-combat scenes - getting them to actually participate (which people would inevitably ask for if combat followers were implemented with the aforementioned "not-appearing-in-these-scenes" route) is essentially writing hundreds if not thousands of new sex scenes from scratch.
• Vore is technically a banned fetish, so the more "conventional" types are not gonna happen - especially not fatal variants, since death in TiTS is a) permanent (so, Bad End only with Steele as prey or outright murder as pred), and b) something that is not to be sexualised or described in detail (which completely defeats the point of fatal vore as a fetish). That said, there are some non-fatal vore or vore-adjacent scenes in-game: specifically, several cock vore scenes with gooey prey (Celise, Roz, a Mindwash Visor scene), one of Sylvie's talk scenes is about the time she met and unbirthed Galos (i.e. also gooey prey), two on Poe A with a parade float and a large animatronic frog as the "preds", and an unbirth scene (or rather, two half-unbirth scenes simultaneously) with the frostwyrms using Steele as a double-ended dildo. If you're gonna add more vore or vore-adjacent scenes, I'd say those would be the templates to follow.
• Multiple arms and feral both have the same problem; Steele is always expected to have exactly two arms, and supporting any other number of arms would require re-writing pretty much the entire game to account for that. Feral is extra problematic because a) zero arms is much more difficult to account for than two, and b) that's way too close to bestiality for most (myself included), and bestiality is also a banned fetish - though precedent has established that parasites and sapient dragons are exempt from that ban.
• Incest... I'm not sure on the status of. On the one hand, you're right on both the Patreon ban, at least one person over on the Discord got into trouble for raising a stink over the fact there's still incest content in the game despite it, and I think it's been stated that those scenes will be removed or re-worked sometime; on the other, you're also right that the cousin sex scenes on Phaedra were implemented after that ban, and absolutely nothing has come of said removal/rework in a long time (the frostwyrm stuff and Kiro and Kally being retconned to being step-sister don't count, since those were rewritten long before this was really an issue - or at least, before the "modern" iteration of this issue).

Everything else is really up to someone to write it well enough to get accepted into the game.

-i imagine i didnt think too much on the implication of having followers around, i mostly had the idea that they were prescent but only in like a party member, scenes still would play as if steele is alone like with the siegwulfe and such, but now that i know a little more about the balance of things i imagine its a pretty heavy thing to code

-as for vore im not surpriced since its an VERY niche kink, so is understandable some of the main writters would be unconfortable with doing graphical descriptions of digestion, however safe vore i imagine would be easier to stick to which it wouldnt be too bad tbh, even vore central games decide to take that route some times, and im actually surpriced there are some pseudo vore scenes in the game, guess i gotta re-play and do more digging then, i wonder if the team is testing the waters to implement some more of it

-and i see i imagine it would be a pain to rewrite like 90% of the scenes to acomodate the arm issue, it wouldnt be too surpricing, as for the feral guess i didnt think it too well too for the bestiality thing so its a nice point

-as for the incest i hope the status is good, honestly there arent many games that use it, and was very happy with the way they made the player and cousin reconcile in the end, i wouldnt mind if they would narrow it down to just them in particular, but i will keep my hopes moderatedly up

As for incest, while im disappointed, I do understand. Though we can get head from our cousin so who knows how far the devs will try pushing the envelope on things.
