Psychogenic Vim is missing

After the recent update, I have seen that Psychogenic Vim, One of the Kineticist' s OP Special moves is missing and it's only missing from the Desktop version or the Windows download. Please do look into this

It's been moved to (Special) Abilities, since it isn't an 'Attack'.
