The newest hotfix that patches the "e.toLowerCase is not a function" bug has somehow removed the Deflector Regeneration skill from the 'specials' menu in combat.

I can confirm that deflector regen is absent in the special attack tab.
However, it seems as though it was moved to special abilities tabs for some odd reason.
Some things got shuffled around between Special (Attacks) and (Special) Abilities.
Presumably, because it isn't an 'Attack'. And Abilities was mostly empty, really.
