Lactation Magic/Buffs?

Is there any plans for lactation based magics or powers in CoC 2? I really liked the idea of the Sand Witches from the original CoC and was hoping that this time around we could get some cool milk-related magics!

There aren't many plans for transformation based combat powers outside of highly-iconic abilities like dragons' breath. That said, some NPCs will be able to use lactation magic for sexual purposes. Lady Evergreen, the witch Cait mentions in her quest, will sell some magic lactation-controlling nipple piercings.
