Simple enough issue: Started a brand new save, chose cuntboy as body type, scenes proceeded to ID the PC as a woman/girl. Biologically female, sure, but cboys aren't chicks.

Are there plans to change that? This pretty much destroys my experience with the game.
Not currently. There are some systems in place that may allow for it (both Rosalin and Terry have specific code that overrides their body stats for pronouns). If I do add it as a thing, I'd probably just allow the player to lock it to whatever they wanted.
