Got pregnant again, only to find out that the pregnancy time is 100+ days. Apart from waiting out that time in the maternity ward, is there just any to avoid going through that time?

If you don't wanna go through pregnancies, either mod your gestation time way low, or become infertile. No way to get rid of your current pregnancy though.
More specifically:
Incubation Speed
8 Motherhusk (dropped from any enemy on Tarkus if you have a vagina) will increase to 700%, but also give you 5 Taint each for 40 total Taint.
Laquine Ears can give up to 1000% (10x faster). Each use causes 1 effect every 5 hours over 24 hours (so 4 total), and you can get the maximum bonus with 1 use (200%/400%/800%/1000%) if you save-scum (save before an effect, reload if you don't get what you want).
Infertile
Sterilex. Either x3 (for a perk that prevents pregnancy until removed) or before sex/once a day. The 'removing your genitals and regrowing them' text is scary, but all you really need to restore your fertility is 1 dose of Fertite+. However, it won't do anything while you're pregnant.

There's just something so absurd about wanting to abort a video game baby that it genuinely made me laugh out loud.
Y'know, this made me realize....why wouldn't they have something that transplants babies from one host to another? It's the future, and it's already possible to put a living but unimplanted zygote into a willing host. Why can't there be something similar to transplant a zygote or embryo into a willing person? Maybe, say, on Breedwell, there could be a way to extract the zygote/embryo into another person? Sure, you won't be involved in the baby anymore, but I assume that that's the point of anyone wanting to do so. It's the future, I'm sure there's at least the possibility of something like this being feasible.
Because this is a porn RPG and you're not fucking and/or fighting anything in that scenario.
The option to remove pregnancy can lead to more fucking and fighting for those who have a distaste for pregnancy.
I'm totally down with the fucking and fighting portion of the game but ignorance should be harshly punished.
It's really difficult to have an unwanted pregnancy in this game, and even then it's an eggnancy, which I think you do have an option to get rid of. I personally have never had a pregnancy, and my character is fertile.
Just reload a save, lmao.
Seriously, not only are there speed modifiers, an item, AND a seasonal event that you can use for all of those, but you can also just run around with Sterilex and get birth-proofed by Lash. The game very much gives you every opportunity to avoid becoming pregnant, and technically speaking, you can also just reload a save state to avoid the pregnancy to begin with.
