Question: Are we allowed to swap around the values of the ability scores? I don't mean change their values (as we are to be using standard) but can we swap them around so that we can have our characters have the highest score in a ability that would suite them.

yes, that is the base,4d6 keep the highest 3 assign them to whatever stat you want.
also, I have a question of my own, I kind of want to play as a dog/wolf morph , should I just use human or use one of these homebrew races?
