How to get Codex entry for Treatment?

I've talked to everyone in New Texas, bought the treatment, and I still cant figure it out (game is up to date).

ask one of the locals about the treatment, then read the entry in your codex.

I strongly advise against using the treatment if your character has ladyparts

Is it in log or Stats? Those are the only two buttons I can see.
And don't worry, my character is male
