Yeah, that's fair. But the thing is, having (less important) stuff on the right side, like in the old layout, helped organize the information on-screen. Which was a great help for my neurodivergent brain. Like, to me, things actually felt less cluttered with map/enemy information the left side...

I hate the new UI. I really, really hate it. I tried, I really did, and I love the game itself, but the UI just bounces me right off. To be clear, I'm not talking about the new esthetic/graphics of the game, they're fine. But the UX suuuucks.

Funny you should mention Omega Oil, I actually wrote it partially out of a desire to future-proof for m-preg a looooong time ago, back when staff was still undecided on whether to implement it. Obviously now it's obsolete in that respect lol

I'm with you on that one. It might just be that I need to get more accustomed to it, though (and I absolutely adore the new color schemes !) Plus I'm not a fan of the fact that now you have to go to a specific area in your ship to sleep/store stuff/etc.

It's an easy fix, just download the standalone flash player projector and use it to play the game's .swf file.
