None of Inessa's writers actually said anything in particular about her height, although the codex describes her species as being roughly human sized. When I did her statblock for lack of anything better I put her down as 5'2" since that was the image in my head.

I love the idea and I salute you for making it happen. Suggest you don't gate the scene behind the Bess one though, it just adds run around for the player. Anno is perfectly capable of buying her own outfits so make it a random event. I wouldn't worry about trying to fit in a condom either tbh.

In terms of extreme content? The rules say no vore, underage, scat, gore or bestiality. Killing is generally disallowed, so no snuff either. There isn't any specific guidance on noncon, most the harder edged stuff happens to the player (i.e. Bad Ends) as opposed to being done by the player though.
