Mozilla is working on Shumway to play back SWFs without needing Flash: http://mozilla.github.io/shumway/. It's not at the point where it can replace it completely though. I tried opening TiTS using it and it ended up looking like this.

It's exactly that, quantity bonus on the stats page is actually the players pregnancy multiplier, which is used to multiply the amount of offspring you have. For example during a Sydian pregnancy: var motherBonus:int = Math.round((quantity * mother.pregnancyMultiplier()) - quantity);

I went ahead and programmed the pill, so hopefully it's now a review by the TiTS team and a pull request away from being added. I'll put the code for the pill and a git diff of the other files changed (Dr. Lash, Codex, etc.) here if anyone is interested.
