The Masque on TiTs

Has anyone playing TiTs recieved a message titled The Masque from Wet and Waiting? I dont what character actually sent me to message so if someone could explain that would be great, also where is Craven City?

Its the halloween event from last year.  You can travel to a planet called Poe A for a one time event that ends up transforming you depending on what costume you take.  They're all really major transformations, so don't go if you're overattached to your current form.
