Looking for games with customization charasters and names

Looking for games that allow changing the name of the characters (eg: Strive for Power) includes fetishes like forced and slave management (eg: SimBro). Graphics and interactivity would be nice but all text would be fine too.


Finally, I've not come across any game that does anything more than threesomes. Curious to know if there are any with foursomes and group-sex/party themes one around.

Strumpets, is a well known game and has a good development and good graphics. (in my opinion)

Does this game allow changing the name of the NPC ? I am still exploring it but can't seem to find a way to edit their names. It seems to allow name for only the PC.

Free Cities,King Of Porn City,Slave Trader (Havent been able to play it because fuck mac but I hear its awesome),Etc. Im intrested in learning more games with customisation as well.

I have not found a way to change the name of NPCs. This option may be released later. Maybe...


A few days ago has been released publicly the latest game update. (V.2.32)

I don't remember there being any customization in Therapist. It's a twine semi-linear choose your own adventure with pictures. Or are we talking about different games?

Oh ya SimBro is nice and has good support for continued development. One of the few games that includes events which really adds a nice touch. I so wish the names could be customized to chart out my evil fantasies. It already has threesomes and I'm sure it will definitely feature orgies very soon (well atleast I'm hoping) B|

Very surprised that no ones seems to know of any game with orgy/group-sex/party theme.

Newlife has pretty good custom pc and you can get a npc editor for it. Unfortunately it's pretty vanilla when it comes to fetishes

Holy shit! I think I played this way back in early or pre-Alpha. That or something with weirdly similar mechanics and style. If it is the same game then thank Christ they got rid of the cheesy ass LOK graphics

I also played this game in the earliest versions, you're right, the game was really very simple, with VERYYYY bad graphics, so bad that I stopped follow the game for a long time. I just went back to playing the game recently, I was surprised when I saw how much the game had progressed and how progressed.
The developer has achieved a good support in his Patreon.
