Limited Usage of Game Content?

So I made the image by cropping the Naleen image from TiTs, and then made a background using base colors from the Naleen's tail. Is it acceptable to use game-content like that as a profile picture, even though I didn't draw the Naleen?

Pics like those are well I think for sure property of their creators so asking them and possible if ownership of art moved to Feno and co asking devs. This one I think is Chess art.

I'll find the artist of this one, and ask him/her for permission. I'd hate to offend the artist just in case.
