hey i was wondering if any of you guys knew where to go to make Cerventine because i have the ingredients but as far as i know nether Rosalind of the castle magician make them

AFAIK, the recipe hasn't been implemented yet. I think you an find the TF potion dropped by the goat alchemist or the scouts in the hills.
