Question about future game mechanics.

With Yammi soon to be added as a possible crew member, I've been thinking about the the size of the Casstech and how it is only supposed to have 3 bedrooms. My question is this: When ship upgrade mechanics get added, will how many crew members can be on the ship at once be gated behind upgrades? I assume you'd still be able to recruit them, but they would have to stay on a planet instead of traveling with you.

I'm pretty sure Celise and your gray goo just slosh around on the floor all day, and Ben just leans against a wall, or something. So only Reaha, Anno, and yourself take up the 3 beds. That said, it's probably getting pretty crowded in there.

I'm setting out to prove myself a worthy successor and to do that I must be as good as, or better, than he was. Which means banging as many of the people he's banged that I can get my mitts on, as well as as many people that he didn't or couldn't fuck that I could manage.

Shouldn't we at least be able to email her or something? It's always bothered me that Steele's mom plays like no role in their adult life, and doesn't seem to even acknowledge Victor's death...

When I asked a similar question in the past one of the devs pointed out that: a)there are five options for Steele Jr's mom's race right now and there will be more in the future; and more importantly b)a lot of details regarding PC's past are intentionally left pretty vague.

I mean, I get that she's got a rough deal going as an indentured servant, but all of their ground-floor employees are like that, and the ones that actually produce milk have it way worse. So unless you're going to do something to help all the rest of the employees galaxy-wide... I don't really see much reason to single Yammi out for heroic contract-buying rescue. Reaha was different because she was clearly being mistreated. Emmy would be different because you already have a relationship going with her and she has valuable technical expertise. Yammi is literally just a cashier, I'm not sure why you'd even want her taking up space on your ship...unless you were just really into her for some reason.

From what I understand, Yammi was gotten because any ship worth its salt needs a cook, which is her role. Way back in the day when TiTs was an idea being formed, the thought for crew members was that they'd serve some purpose other than being collectable waifu's. As can be seen by Anno's status as ship merchant or Bess as any of her multiple job options.

While Anno is not a literal space marine like her sister, I believe she mentions in one of her talk scenes that she went through the Ausar equivalent of ROTC in school (probably with Syri), and would almost certainly have received self defense training when she went to work for the Ausar Federation's biggest military contractor. She's competent enough in a fight, but would be vastly more useful in your Engineering or Science department.
