At the beginning of the game Victor chooses a woman to have a successor (our Steele) with, got me thinking about who I'd pick. I'd pick Fisi or Bianca but neither of them have pregnancy content, and it's unclear if Jill will so now I'm wondering who I'd pick from the available options. Probably Roxy? Stella or Nastizia too but in their cases, Stella's got her own major business and Nasti is royalty. Depending on how you choose to view it, those could be benefits or conflicts of interest.

Hmm tough choice for my male Steele since he gets around. The top five I would have for the other parent would probably be Anno, Sam, Tam-Tam, Roxy, or Selarith.
What a power move, having a literal dragon as your CEO would probably give you an advantage on some negotiations.
Anyxine would be way more familiar with Steele Tech's inner workings than Steele themselves would wouldn't she, yeah she'd probably be an optimal pick. Ardia's parents are hotel magnates or something right?

It is kinda weird yeah, especially since Papa Steele definitely had other kids, but at the same time it does deal with some of the issues of having your kids duke it out I guess? You certainly wouldn't want an ongoing power struggle to mess with company operations, we've got one cousin to deal with and that's already a pain.
Didn't consider just how long anti-agathics could keep people around. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if you could just go full immortal by slowly replacing your neurons with nanobots, wasn't that what happened with the Nova? Even with that though, I figure it'd be good to have a replacement just because it'd get boring at some point. Hundreds of years of one job would take a toll on someone eventually.

Yeah Anno being our first substantial companion really does make her feel a lot closer than most of the crew. It's a shame crew feels a bit less personal than companions do in CoC2 but there's more of them and they don't travel with you so I get it. I feel like Paulette's quests are a step in the right direction but imagine that for even half the crew members?
I never actually thought about this. So my Steele is a herm (as I'm sure as are many) so I guess for my sanity I'll stick to the crew because I can't recall too many NPCs atm

Forgot about Evening which is surprising because I remember how much I liked her when I first ran into her. It would be funny if, despite all the options, a completely ordinary human girl was the one to take the crown.
I had to look up who Ffion even was though I remember Claes, you really do love your rodenians. Sam and Shekka are also good picks, Sam loves being a mom and Shekka's both wicked smart and she can finally follow through with having a child now that her gene therapy is done, it's a nice payoff to her quest.
I love how no one is mentioning the obvious option of marrying your cousin, taking over MaxCorp after sidelining your other cousin, and forming an interstellar tech conglomerate so powerful that galactic governments must legally recognize "Half-Steele" as a new subspecies. Which, in my save, includes dozens of half-frostwyrms and an exponentially increasing number of cunt-snakes.

Fisi was originally planned to have pregnancy content(Heat Sex is a thing which implies she's fertile), and Bianca iirc is literally married. So only Fisi would be a valid option.
Fisi would be my immediate pick as well. She's just a nice, normal girl, which can be much more said than literally the rest of the galaxy. Sera is also a good pick for both sides if Steele dominates her(sub Steele I feel like would have a bit of a one-sided relationship which could be bad for the kid), as she shows ambition and does in fact have a softer side to her when it comes to her own kids, so hearing that one of her kids would be the heir would definitely straighten any kinks in her out. Kase is also a good choice; a subby kitty-boi would be a great father. Gel Zon would also be a good father, experienced fighter and a chivalrous personality. There's also just so many other options like Sam, Evening, the rat girls, Briha, and Reaha, but they're not just simple people. Briha would def end up as a pick though because she'd get her problems solved and also would guarantee the survival of the myr race if I decide to blow up the planet later.
Of course, all of these people are nobody in comparison to the Frostwyrm on Uveto. Repopulate the dragon race with them, and you get an empire that ends up greater than Steele Tech by leagues with high INT(which is guaranteed with Mhen'ga Syri intelligence grind), to the point that your resources keep it afloat after your return to society. Needless to say, your heir would be way better by default, and might even start with psionics.
