Something along the lines of the genetic sexual obsessed scientist you just defeated think she was the final boss of the game falls it a vat of nano machines she had been experimenting on.


The player assumes she dead, starts to walk away, Vat explodes, she comes out as this thing, a mindless sexual beast (literally), roars and attacks the player, the true end boss fight.

Well if not for final FINAL TiTS umber-boss someone always can make small mod for CoC that would only adding that after defeating Lethice right before PC need to pick option what to do now some at the back of the room secret door or for better effect just a back wall crumble and this monster is released forcing PC to make one more fight before epilogue and endtitles for CoC can start ^^
