I personally default to eight as porno standard. Any greater than ten requires the character to be exceptionally tall, and generally anything above twelve is out regardless. Trappy requires three-four inches or smaller.

17" is too much regardless, nobody can take that without Stretch Armstrong magic. 10-12% of height is a ballpark for a huge dick, 7-8% is a little more realistic but still big.
